As a long distance runner in my mid thirties, niggles and injuries can be hard to avoid. I’ve been going to Andrew for the last year and a half. Andrew helped me fully recover from an Achilles injury and also educated me on the route cause of the issue and how to avoid it in the future. Andrew knows what he is talking about and is an excellent communicator. I always feel at ease with Andrew and in his practice and would highly recommend AON Physiotherapy for a best in class service.

I can't recommend Andrew at Aon Physiotherapy highly enough. Over the past 4 years whilst training for Marathons, Half-Ironman and Ironman events around the busyness of life, 12 hour shifts, night shifts, a long commute, kids, I've incurred some niggles and injuries. These times are tough when you want to keep going but you just can't. That's when I call Andrew. Andrew has always gotten me back out on the road whether it was a simple fix or some strength work that was needed. I have had knee problems for my years. Early last year I could hardly walk AON got me back walking Then before surgery AON got my hip freed up sufficiently so that it would be able to support me after surgery. I can recommend them for their expert advise and attention to their clients.
Ruptured my cruciate ligament and severally damaged my knee at work and required extensive physiotherapy pre-and-post operation. Andrew helped throughout the whole ordeal and was very professional and helpful, with his help my knee is back to full mobility. I highly recommend AON Physiotherapy.

AON has a great set up with very friendly and helpful staff. Andrew in particular has a keen interest in identifying the issue from the root cause and not only treats it but educates you on future preventatives. It is a great facility to the area and I would highly recommend.
I had a brain tumor removed in October 2015 and found that I had difficulty coordinating my right arm and leg. Then I fell one day and I used my left arm (good arm) to fend for myself and damaged my rotary cuff. After spending some time with Andrew my left arm is perfect now.

Having spent the past 30 yearning to run, following an ACL tear and persistent knee problems, I had low expectations when I consulted Andrew, to see if it was possible to start running again. He assured me that the chronic calf problems that had developed could be resolved. Andrew was able to bring life back into legs to enable me to fulfil my dream of being able to run consistently without pain or constant injury, for which I will be forever grateful.
Before I went to Andrew I had neck pain for the last 6/7 years and tried several other partitioners but never found the root of my problem. Andrew was able to identify the issue was related to my breathing. After completing specific exercises over 6 weeks I have been pain free for 5 months.

I have been going to Andrew since summer of 2021 initially for plantar fasciitis which I had for 9 months prior to physio, Andrew solved it by addressing the actual cause which was an imbalance in quad / hamstring muscles while also working the plantar itself, end result it hasn’t returned - I would really recommend Andrew
